In response to our customers' requests we have extended customer service hours Monday-Friday.
We aim to answer all customer inquiries in the shortest possible time. However every customer is important and due to high volume please allow up to 1-5 business days for replies. Most customer inquiries are normally answered sooner.
For orders already submitted online, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain order status or track your order shipment. Please quote your order number when contacting customer service.
Errors While Placing Online Orders
At most times the internet enables smooth execution of transactions. However from time to time customers may experience errors while placing orders. Please send all checks and money orders to the following address for prompt processing. Please note that the P.O. Box is not the address for merchandise returns. Merchandise returns sent to the P.O.
